• Original Form 138 / SF9-SHS (Learner's Progress Report Card w/ LRN)
• Original Form 137 / SF10-SHS (Learner's Permanent Academic Record)
Should be provided after 1 month of enrollment*
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• DepEd SHS Form (Grade 11 & 12)
• PSA issued Birth Certificate

* All Requirements should be enclosed in a Long Brown Envelope
*QVA and/or JHS Completion Certificate for Grade 11 Voucher Recipients 

Note: Public School Completers (Grade 10 Graduates) are automatic voucher recipients / ALS Passers are required to apply for their Voucher Subsidy.

The school can easily be reached from any part of District 6 by using the ordinary means of transportation.

One may take a Jeepney plying the "NIA-NPC" route and say "Coronado's School Napocor Village"

📍 From Visayas Avenue / Tandang Sora Avenue
The School may also be reached by way of "Himlayan Road" then turn left going to Napocor Village.
